PROBLEM
Time to take action.
Worldwide, approximately 92 million tons of textile waste are generated each year. By 2030, this figure is projected to reach 134 million tons of textiles annually.
European legislation will require countries to begin selective collection of textile waste by January 1, 2025, and to establish objectives related to preparation for reuse and recycling of this waste.
New Products from textile waste
We address the need to find solutions for textile waste management by applying innovation throughout the value chain. We collect, process, and transform post-consumer garments into new fibers, yarns, fabrics, and garments, following the highest sustainability criteria and focusing on innovation, traceability, and transparency.
ThePostFiber responds to the urgency of taking action and complying with European regulation for sustainable and circular textiles.

Our Circular Process
Collection
When we first collect all the used garments using smart containers
Sorting
Following that, we sort all textile materials using AI systems
Dismantling
Once we have sorted the material we move into the mechanical removal system of disrupter materials
Scraps
We then reduce the size of clothing to a few centimeters
Fiber
We then create high quality fiber
